 ARS produces the French-language versions of close to 90% of all USG booklets and pamphlets published by the State Department Office of International Information Programs (OIIP). These publications cover topics ranging from foreign policy and economics to new technology and the environment. They are written for various audiences  – professionals, government officials, university students, and the general public. They are distributed to all U.S. Embassies in the francophone world, from France to Canada, Belgium to Haiti, and of course to all francophone countries in Africa.

Introductory materials about the United States or important thematic topics, such as Portrait of the USA, If You Want to Study in the U.S., Arts in America, Writers on America,d

In-depth thematic booklets, appropriate for foreign professionals in a given field, such as The Language of Trade, and A Responsible Press Office.
